"Customer service was below average . Found the same sofa I bought two days later for $200 or so less and when I called them and advised them they said they cannot give me a reduction on the cost. Wouldn’t be buying from them again .Some of their customer service agents come across as quite arrogant and the service leaves a lot to be desired . Let’s hope their sofas outlast their customer service . Fyi sofas are made overseas and been waiting since May for delivery it’s been already pushed back once . So I haven’t even received the sofa ."

"It’s very disappointing that you do not provide your customers with any idea of a delivery window until apparently 4pm onwards the night before the delivery. It's quite astonishing. People work, have busy lives, commitments, illnesses, family members to take care of etc etc. Firstly the lounge is one entire month later than predicted with no actual explanation as to why (fine), then it sat at your warehouse for a week and a half before you can apparently deliver it to me, then you wont provide me with a delivery window. I call your ‘customer service’ line to be told I wont have any indication of this until 4pm the day prior. I work full time and have commitments as mentioned above which makes it extremely difficult to not be able to plan my days in advance, yet it seems I'm expected to take an entire day off of work to sit around and wait for a lounge as I have no idea when it will be delivered. Seeing as I was told weeks out the actual date you would be delivering to me, I cant see how your delivery schedule would change so dramatically up until 4pm the evening prior that I cant be provided with a delivery window. Morning? Afternoon? Evening? Surely someone has some idea. If you genuinely aren’t coordinating your delivery schedule until after 4pm the day prior which I highly doubt, I have serious concerns for the organisation of the business. Please consider others, the customer who is actually spending money with you and keeping you and those who work for you in business (well over 10k from myself over the last few years), to grace us with a delivery window. It just makes me not want to purchase from you in future if there is zero consideration for your paying customers."

She is professional, and her product knowledge and helpful suggestions on fabrics and colors made the whole experience so easy and very exciting. This level of service is rare these days unfortunately, so thank you Alisa. By the way, our old lounge was purchased at this exact store 12 years ago.
