"Thieves. Will steal your money and be no help 8 weeks ago I ordered quite an expensive order from the store. When the frame and mattress arrived after 4 weeks the quite expensive matress protector was not delivered. I called the store and the lady said it should be in soon and to expect a call from them. After 6 weeks of not receiving a call or the item I called and I asked for a refund for it as that's quite long enough I think, to which the lady on the phone said "oh its probably here at the store".if its at the store then why didn't I get a call, no thank you I'll take the refund thanks. I was told that as it was on online order it would need to go through head office, it's now another 8 days later after that call and I just realised that I have not been refunded or contacted again since I called the store, very dissapointed"

"I have also started receiving regular spam texts from Forty Winks Jindalee that continue to come through, despite responding with "stop" to opt out, as requested in their texts. The last time I bought from this store was in 2012, so it is a little troubling they still have my details on file from a single purchase over a decade ago, especially with the increasing number of large companies experiencing data breaches these days. From memory, my experience purchasing from them wasn't that great either - items didn't arrive within their ETA, I had tochase the store up who told me there was a delay and someone had left a voicemail to let me know (never received a voicemail and they obviously have the correct mobile number), was promised a free mattress protector with my order for the inconvenience - never received the mattress protector when the items finally turned up. On the plus side, when I finally called the store to ask for the text messages to stop and my details be removed from their database, the saleswoman I spoke to was lovely."

"Have just started receiving spam texts from this store. I have tried to unsubscribe but they keep sending these. Ironic as one of the texts came through at 3am and woke me up. Ironic a store promoting good sleep woke me up with spam messages. Thanks."

I recently purchased a bed from them, but unfortunately, there was a part that was not screwed together properly, causing it to stick out and pose a serious tripping hazard for my family. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company and request assistance with this issue, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or resolution. It is completely unacceptable that a company would ignore a safety concern like this, and I am absolutely furious at their lack of attention to detail and customer service. Not only have they failed to address the issue with the faulty bed part, but they have also failed to provide any explanation or apology for their negligence. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take its customers' concerns seriously. I urge anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice before making a purchase. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and safety is simply unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to anyone. It is unacceptable that I have had to deal with this issue for so long without any resolution, and I am beyond frustrated with their lack of concern."
