"Review referencing Concept Pool Construction: I could write an essay on the unacceptable behaviour and non-existent service from Chris, and Graham's lack of any clue as to what is happening in his business, but I will be brief. After multiple issues regarding the construction (which cost us thousands in additional time and materials) and delays at almost every stage (of course always with a multitude of excuses) we finally had our pool finished early 2022. There were safety issues left unattended due to poor construction with calls, emails and texts either going unanswered or, on the rare occasion of a response, with promises left unfulfilled. Whilst they offer a good price on the overall product, you can be assured the lack of service and accountability will certainly cost you more."
