"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Came into this store to enquire about salt, and was rudely told “you are not a regular, so no”. I appreciate that many people are looking for salt at the moment, but I am new to the area, so not a “regular” anywhere. To bluntly refuse a customer who is willing to spend money in your store because you haven’t seen them before is appalling. Good luck building up your client base with that attitude. One thing is for sure, you won’t be seeing me ever again."
