"We went to Accia Ridge pool for swiming whose working at Accia Ridge pool they were very Rude. The women told me very rudely to get out from the line we were swimming she said because we have a learner which they already had swimming in two lanes. She told me if you not get out I call someone to kick you out. I told her we paid already for this, she said we don't need your money. The guy who was on counter followed us in the change Room I wouldn't know why the guy followed us in the change room. We tried to get the guy's name but he refused and we were afraid . We had driven about half hour to go there but They have wasted my time. Also they never clean inside the pool. The water very dirty. Date 01/23/2023 :times 3:30 to 5 afternoon."
"I looked online and it stated that the lagoon was open only on weekends outside school holidays and everyday during school holidays. I thought I'd take the chance and go without calling them, we went on a Sunday morning thinking to sit by the lagoon and let the kids have fun. The lagoon was closed until holidays started and only the indoor pool was open. That was fine but my daughter was really looking forward to the lagoon. Maybe an update to the website may clear this up? Other than that the indoor pool does get busy and quite loud."
"Come over with other family members but I don't swim, been told need to pay money if I just sit beside. I don't swim, but if want to stay here sit beside the swim pool, need to pay extra money for that. Rude staff won't be here anymore, not recommend family spend time here. Been visit other council swim pool several times a week, this is the worst one. Outside facility were very dirty and inside pool very small."
"We live in ACACIA Ridge, where, just in front of the Watson Rd State School, the road is SO ROUGH and UNDULATING, that it tests the suspensions of most cars, and almost makes the occupants ill. NOT TO MENTION that such poor road surface could cause a car to fail to brake properly as it drops suddenly into a dish of a crater, thus risking children's lives! (Even at 40KPH! - Most area familiar drivers can only do 25 to 35 KPH here!)... you should VISIT this road in an average car, - From School sign to school sign are the WORST parts.... Member!"
"Very rude staff at this pool, the lagoon is not open during the week during the term even though afterschool there is enough children there to warrent it to be open after school hours. I had 5 older children with me ages 8-12 all very good swimmers the life guard on duty mistook fun and games as a cry for help and dragged my child out of the pool and marched her down to me to tell me off (she was holding onto the side of the pool trying to get her friends attention by yelling "help" and was very obviously not in any trouble) Yes her choice of words were not good and has been told not to tell help unless she needs help but yelling at aparent for ACTUALLY HAVING TO DO YOUR JOB AND SAVE A CHILD who didnt need to be saved is ridiculous. You need better life saver staff and open your kiddie pool during hot weather Save your disappointment and go to any other pool . You will be happy you did."
