About the Business
Welcome to Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre, a beautiful health and leisure facility located in Caboolture, Queensland. We are dedicated to serving the Caboolture community and surrounding areas, providing a range of services and facilities to help you stay fit, have fun, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
Our team of qualified AustSwim teachers are experienced and passionate about their job, ensuring that your child learns a skill for life while having a great time in the water. As a parent or carer, it is important for you to actively supervise your children when in the water, keeping them within arms reach if they are under 5 years old and maintaining active visual supervision if they are under 10.
We understand that getting started in a health club can be daunting, which is why we offer popular group fitness classes that not only improve your fitness but also boost your confidence. Our fully equipped lifestyle gym features a wide range of cardio and weights, allowing you to tailor your workout to your individual needs.
Our facilities also include a heated outdoor 50m swimming pool and program swimming pool, perfect for Learn to Swim lessons. We even have a splash pool equipped with water features that the kids will love! In addition, we offer a range of services such as birthday parties, a swim shop, Allied Health services, and a cafe, ensuring that your visit to Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre is a complete experience.
We are open from Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 6:00am to 3:00pm, and Sunday from 8:00am to 3:00pm. To help you get started, we offer a Free Day Pass so you can explore all that Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre has to offer.
If you or your child are learning how to swim, we also offer the GOswim program, designed to provide a safe and enjoyable learning experience.
At Caboolture Pool and Fitness Centre, we believe in the importance of swimming with companions to reduce the risks involved with swimming alone. We also emphasize the need for children and weak or non-swimmers to swim safely with responsible peers. Our GOswim friends have been preparing to teach important water safety skills and strategies for different waterways, including the beach, lakes, rivers, and more, during Waterways Safety Week from 12 to 18 June. Learning how to stay safe in different waterways can have life-saving benefits.
We also understand the importance of creating a safe environment in and around the home to prevent accidents and injuries, particularly in home pools where children can drown accidentally and silently. We provide tips on how to prioritize safety measures and identify potential hazards to ensure a safe swimming environment.

"Excellent place for all you and your family"
"The facilities are about as good as could be expected. There is a need for them to be upgraded and improved. On the times that I have visited there has never a lifeguard keeping an eye on the pool goers both inside and out. The only time I saw lifeguards, they seemed they are more interested in their private and social lives and spend more time in the buildings than doing their job. It would appear that the lifeguarding is lift up to parents and guardians that attend with their children. while I understand that there are signs up advising supervise children at all times, parents are not training in life saving skills…. Just saying….."
"Disgusting! Pool was full of grass and needs a good clean and paint. While it was good to see they were actually cutting the grass, all the clippings were left and blown into the pool with no attempt to clean up. Obviously old pool and facilities but they are definitely not well maintained. Will not be going back under current ownership."
"Fantastic 50 metre pool. Heaps of seating around. Heated undercover pool. Friendly staff. Very clean area. Gym is fantastic and has aircon."
