"I don't even know where to start. I've got too much to say. However, look for another migration agent/agency. Emsa is not the most affordable and the migration agent that was supposedly looking after my application didn't care. She didn't work Fridays. All I could do was to contact the secretary. This woman was never available. Not only that but when they sent the EOI for 190 and 491 after a couple of months in early January (they sent EOI in October) she said to me that QLD was closed, that I didn't get an invitation and that I should look for a sponsorship. Little did they know that also sent a separate EOI after doing a lot of research. I had the hunch that they wanted more money because they charge more for the sponsorship. Anyway a friend of mine recommended me another agent and I thank God she did. My new agent told me that it was impossible that QLD close that early because that year they opened late and that they would close until the end of the financial year. Also, not long after I got an invitation from Migration QLD (yes, I got an invite first although I applied a month and a half later) they invited me in less than a month. Since I had control of my account I changed my agent and got my visa approved. I called them to let them know I wasn't going to continue with them. But again, I said it to the secretary. Anyway my new agent always reply my emails and calls, way more cheaper, extremely helpful and even willing to chat after working hours. So no, I don't recommend them. It seems they just want money. They don't care. Also, I was always on top of my application otherwise I might have gone back to my country. Why did I get the invitation first? At the time my time was running out they should have considered that when sending the EOI reason why I did it separately. Also, which type of agent tells your a lie ? Was it because she didn't know herself or it was deliberately so I could start looking for a sponsorship instead? Either way is unprofessional."
"There are better agencies. They promise to help you, call you but are reminded to contact you ONLY when your VISA is about to expire. So convenient. On top of that they charged me prior to starting the process. I have noticed other agencies don't do that as they are already getting a commission from the school. When you arrive in Australia OTHER agencies make sure someone helps you get around the city. EMSA sit in their office and wait for you to get there. I have quite a list of things they did not do. NOT RECOMMENDED!"
"Do not recommend theirs services. I was on a sponsorship visa when I decided to lodge a partnership visa with my fiancée. When I did it they advise me to lodge a tourist visa in order to jump into partnership bridging visa (They did mention that it wasn't guarantee). One of the requirements was to lodge a resignation letter to my employer (The one I had the sponsor with). This visa was rejected, IMMI stated that that visa was only for visiting Australia not for any other purpose. First I lost my money and I could have gotten my sponsorship visa cancelled."
"Heidi is the best migration agent you could ever ask for. She was always happy to answer any questions I had and gave me constant reassurance. I’m grateful to her and the entire EMSA team for securing my 190 PR visa."
