"I've just finished a year's lease through Saga, dealing mostly with Michael. They've been very professional throughout the lease, with clear and timely communication. There had been one delay in getting repairs actioned, due to a miscommunication, but overall they had been prompt and proficient. Michael has been awesome, with trying his best to keep rental increases reasonable, assisting with fob renewals and processing our exit report quickly. Thanks team!"

"Three weeks with no repairs when we first moved in. Very basic things too. After chasing them up almost daily and threatening to take it further they finally responded and blamed the floods for the delay, even though we emailed, called and texted 2 weeks prior to the floods. Old housemate moved out, new one moved in, submitted application, they seemingly lost his application, but added his details to the system anyway due to them recognising him paying rent. We chased them up six times over 2 weeks with again, no response. Then they reached out to the person that moved out two weeks prior, not the person still on the lease to ask when the new tenant will apply. They also gave myself and the old tenant completely conflicting information regarding the bond. I know they'll see this, and I still have around 7 months left on this rental but oh my god they have been so difficult and unprofessional to deal with thus far. If I knew they'd be this bad when I went for this rental, I'd have turned around and gone elsewhere. As much as I love this rental I won't be renewing my lease for this exact reason. - Further update. It took another 4 weeks for a minor repair of a dryer. I offered to replace it myself but it's bolter to the wall. It took me issuing a notice of breach and proposing reduced rent til it's fixed for them to respond. They said they couldn't find a technician in 4 weeks yet I found 4 in 30 minutes. Strangely enough, they found a different technician in 20 minutes after issuing the notice of breach. Highly suggest avoiding all rentals from this agency."

"Routine inspection was done recently and their team was friendly and help me fix my slamming front door problem instantly. Professional and always attend to our maintenance issue promptly. will recommend to my friends with renting from them again.=)"

"This real estate agent is one of the worst I have had to deal with. I rented a place from them, show up at a agree time to pick up keys and they didn't have them. Never did a inspection of the house. We had to go though owner to get anything fitted. Only ever heard from them and then it didn't stop when lease was up for renewal. Would never rent from them again...."

"I usually never take the time to write a review on Google or even ever! But i want to warn as much as people as i can. Because i just had the worst experience with this agency. Worst agency ever! I took over the lease from one of their rooms. This went al pretty smooth and online. They were never even bothered to show their faces or to explain things because the only saw the opportunity to make money. When i wanted to leave the premises the mess started! Saga never picked up the phone and hardly replied to our e-mails. When you finally could reach them by phone, they try to get rid of you as soon as possible and every time i called i got another story... It's so confusing and frustrating. They're just in it for the money. Bad customer service and over all sketchy agency. They never supplied me an entree condition report about the premises. When i wanted to break the lease with my roommate we found two new tenants and they could move in as soon as possible. Because of the bad responds of saga it took over a month to take care of business. Besides that they charges (both me and my roommate) over $800 of our bond. The reason was that the premises wasn't to their cleaning standards. We cleaned the whole appartment but they had to hire a cleaning company to complete the cleaning (according to them). The cleaning fee was 528 dollars. That would be the most easiest 500 dollars in my life, i can tell you that! The whole process give me a lot of headache and i'm glad i'm finally rid of this agency. If anyone wants to go ahead with Saga i reccomend you NOT TO DO SO! Even if my review can save some people from their demise i would be so satisfied!"
