"Great workshop - fun atmosphere, helpful attendants, time to have fun and enjoy the process"
"Succulent terrarium - booked this as a team building event for work. Unfortunately one of our staff member 7mth old child was admitted to hospital 24 hour prior. We attepted to contact your office via email with no response at all. Then kn the day we final had contact. We asked to reschedule as the child was in hospital at was very unwell and getting covid tested and I was told that we would not be able to reschedule. Therefore a number of people had cancel as they were in close contact and only half the group could attend. Give the nature of this I find it very irresponsible and unprofessional for us not be able to reschedule considering there was a larger group also there so the class could have gone ahead anyway. You have now lost potential repeat clientele due to your lack of understanding and compassion. The teacher was lovely but the person who handles the enquiries needs to have some compassion and perhaps brush up on COVID related laws as well as customer service. Price point is also excessive for what's involved."
