"So much fun and incredibly imersive. There was a point where we had to cross a narrow bridge and although your logical mind says you are just walking on carpet you are so deep in the experience you don't want to misstep and fall off. My son and I had an awesome time. We did Sentnal. Next time we are doing Zombies 100% recommended! And the staff are awesome"

"I surprised my friend with a game of outbreak origins for his birthday, we both had so much fun and loved the whole experience! Neither of us had done VR before but it was easy to learn and so thrilling to play, especially walking around the edge of the skyscraper and flying in the helicopters. So crazy, it really felt like I would fall! We're keen to go back and try the other themes, especially the zero gravity ones. Would have given 5 stars if they were more flexible with changing our booking time. Unfortunately my friend was unexpectedly called into work on the day of our booking and we were so stressed trying to race there on time as they wouldn't allow us to change our booking time, even though they had availability to do so & we were the only people in our time slot, so it wasn't like they were fully booked and would've lost money by changing our time. We might not book in advance next time as we would've lost a fair bit of money if we didn't make it in time."

"We really appreciated the great customer service. We had some technical issues in the escape room so 2 out of our 4 couldn't continue. We were given 2 credits instead for next time and all given complimentary use of the car simulator. We understand technical issues can arise and the customer care to compensate us is greatly appreciated. We loved the Arena experience on our previous visit and look forward to returning"

"Originally my 11 and 14 year old kids and I were planning to visit a different VR experience on the coast. All their sessions were booked so we decided to give this one a try. It did not disappoint! I now understand the increased costs over the other venue. Even though we arrived a couple minutes late due to traffic, staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They even took a few photos for us at the end of the session despite us being the last group of the day and running about 5 minutes past close. We played the free roam arena experience choosing the Singularity scenario. The difference in cost now makes complete sense. Instead of splitting your time into 2x 15 minute sessions, having a full 30 minutes allows you to become fully immersed in the environment. I even got a little scared crossing the narrow bridge because I'm terrified of heights. My son and I are now keen to test out our zombie survival skills when I can next afford to take us - perhaps for his March birthday. While unfortunate not all other reviewers for this venue appear to have had the same amazing experience we did, I get the impression this is the proverbial exception to the rule and most likely the result of unreasonable expectations. Personally, I'm struggling to even find a suggestion for improvement. Thanks Zero Latency for providing a great family experience for me and my kids!"
