"I had been to 4 other jewellery stores, looking for a particular watch, before I went to Wallace Bishop Kawana. At each store, I was told to come back when I had the product code. Then I went to Wallace Bishop Kawana, where I was served by Patty. Patty searched for the watch I wanted, found the colour I needed and ordered it in, for me. Finally, I had found someone that was willing to help me. Patty, you are an absolute gem, and I appreciate your wonderful customer service."

"Went to collect a bracelet that I dropped in for repair. I was told the shop had called me to collect it, but there was no record of a missed call from them on my phone. Did they really try and call me? When I got to the shop, I found that they had done some of the repairs I ask for, but not all, so I still don't feel it's safe to wear it without it falling off my wrist. My instructions on the repair I requested were really clear. Both ends of the bracelet were in need of repair, which would have been obvious to a blind man. Why did they fix one side of my bracelet and not the other???? Long story short - I walked out $320 poorer for the partial repair of my $8,000 bracelet. Now I need ANOTHER jeweler to do the same repair on the other side of the bracelet. Lesson learned here - don't go to Wallace Bishop Kawana Waters for a repair unless you want to be disappointed in the result. No partial refund offered, no "sorry, we made a mistake, we'll fix it". They made me feel like it was my fault for not checking the information that their staff sent down to their jeweler in Brisbane. Not shopping there again."
"Ive been married 7 years and my first wedding ring set from them couldn't be fixed, they no longer stocked so I had to get a different set. The new set has been returned 4 times from faulty claws resulting in missing diamonds. The last time it was fixed was last week, same claw and missing diamond 8 days later. Always an issue with their computer apparently that they can't find my details and staff are rude, condescending and patronising. If I could get a full refund I would."
"Myself and my future wife shopped for our wedding rings for our upcoming wedding. Jules could not do enough for us, she was a delight to interact with and her knowledge of jewellery helped myself and Sara pick their best options. She was so friendly and happy, Martin was also awesome to work with. When we picked up our ordered rings Jules was again so helpful, she was very interested in our wedding and we will be going back to show her pics.
