"Big shout out to the staff for fixing my watch for me today. You went above and beyond to provide great service."
"Took my Apollo 15 Moon watch in for a battery replacement and they scratched the case badly. Didn’t even care or offer an apology! Looks like they rushed and slipped with a screwdriver instead of using the proper tools and taking care. Disappointing when you take your prized possession to a professional and they do an amateur job. Edit:The store did offer to have a watch maker try and buff the scratch out, however the engraved back plate is finished in a Matt finish which cannot be buffed without leaving a permanent mark."
"Got two car keys done today, the best service i've experienced in retail, thank Nathan. Fast and friendly."
"I heard you were a family run business, but after I walked past your shop the other day with my 5 year old daughter and 10 year old son, the vulgar and absolute obscene topics spoken about i really hope that isn’t accurate. I would be embarrassed to have staff working for me that obviously have no concept of volume control or the mere fact that they are in a very public area……shame on whoever employed these O2 thieves and even more shame on me who in the past have generously supported local businesses…. Not again, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and informing all my partners in trade to do the same….appalled"
"Got a belt shortened and they didn’t take out enough leather for the prong to go lower than flat. Also when they put it back together they put the belt loops upside down (in picture) A week later my partner went in to get a garage remote battery replaced and told them her car remote wouldn’t work and that she had already had the battery replaced and that wasn’t the issue and asked if there was anything they could do to fix it to which they said they’d have a look and see if they could find something wrong with it. When she returned to pick the remotes up they told her they had fixed the car remote and tried to charge her $70, she questioned why it was so much and they said they had changed the battery and found a part in it that was loose and fixed it. She then asked again why it cost $70 when the man said “oh did I say $70, I just meant $20 for the remote”. My partner was of the impression that this wasn’t an honest mistake but it seemed like they were trying to take advantage of her. When she got back to her car she went to test the remote and it still did not work."
