"Initially happy they could repair a clock that had sentimental value. On collecting clock noticed number 4 was missing. Staff very rude and flat out lied claiming we hadn't noticed it was missing rather than accept blame. Sorry clock was very important to us so we would definitely have known if it was damaged. Also when repairing anything you notice and document any damage/missing things on receipt of item. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEM."
