"When I got my nose piercing a few weeks ago and the staff was great. But I went in today I just wanted to check if my piercing was healing ok since I was a bit nervous about it. A girl with dyed red hair was really rude. As I was talking she kept gesturing at me with her hand making me feel like I'm stupid for not knowing more about my piercing. I understand it's frustrating to have stupid customers but it would be nice if there was more professionalism."
