"I would like to raise the 5-star service I received yesterday from Lorena at Wallace Bishop Mount Ommaney. I went to Wallace Bishop to purchase Tissot watch, however, the store does not stock this brand. I was about to walk out when Lorena approached me and offered her help. She asked what type of watch I was looking for and then suggested a few to try on. She found the perfect me the most Seiko watch (far better than the Tissot I had originally wanted to buy). Then Lorena helped me with a chain for my initial pendant I purchased from Wallace Bishop earlier this year. "I recently visited the Mt Ommaney store regarding repair to a Longines watch I purchased from Wallace Bishop Pacific Fair over ten years ago. I had excellent service from Ben who even waived the $30 quote fee when I was unable to afford the repair. (I'm on a fixed income.) He subsequently fitted a band I'd sourced elsewhere for me yesterday. I would like to commend all staff I dealt with: in-store - Ben, Lorena and Monica and also David from the repair workshop.
