"My young family (2 cheeky kids in a shopping trolley) and I passed by Prouds Forest Lake and decided to pop in to see if they had kids earrings. They did and I bought one for my 4yr old to see if she didn't lose them at daycare. We were served with kindness and professionalism. Even though I was just purchasing one pair of kids earrings. I thought this is our lucky day to have a kind customer service rep. I came in again after 2 days with my 2kids after daycare (in a shopping trolley) and purchased 4more. We were treated with the same kindness and professionalism. I didn't feel any different to than someone buying a diamond wedding ring. Thank you for providing excellent customer service.
