"Just left the store in Morayfield Westfield, not very impressed with the staff member on. I'm Deaf, so I couldn't hear much over the loud music blasting in the store. The staff member comes up to me and I think she asked if she could help me or asked if I needed anything, I nodded and signed 'yes thank you'. In response, she said 'oh sorry' and ran off. This has happened with a few other staff members before. Lovisa, please teach your staff how to communicate with Deaf people, we only need patience and a pen and paper."
