"I used to go here all time as petrol was cheaper, but I have just had enough. The service at the counter is very poor and slow, Nearly every time u wait in a queue for people buying cartons of cigarettes or drinks and one till is used. The staff has no urgency and don't care. I wouldn't mind if they had two registers so people can get fuel quick in ad out so they can free up the queues in the station people waiting for a pump!! Most times u wait over 10 mins for a pump because it is so small, the pumps are all together and the diesel even worse in the middle so if the car in front doesn't move forward enough you cant get in. So over 10 mins to get to a pump then another queue to pay is just painfully annoying!! It is not worth the small discount anyway!! I now go to a Puma station Pelican Waters, I get the same fuel at the same low price, plus its a bigger station, no queue, fast friendlier service and a bonus, coffee shop next door, and plenty safe room to inflate tyres. Why pay the same cost per litre for a worse service?? i don't anymore and this station needs to improve service and prices because there is better choices."
