"Thank you for the great service I received on Monday 21st,they came out to service my machine but as I knew it was old and once he had opened it up he knew it was a no go. This is the best he explained everything to me and offered me a solution that was to buy a new second hand machine at a very reasonable price.I excepted the offer and within two hour we had a new machine up and running including training on it. Thank you to a company that still has service for the customer."
"I find it extremely poor customer service when it's required to call again to book in a time to drop off the appliance to be repaired that will then be 2-3 weeks to repair. Why not be able to just drop it off whenever able and the repair time will be maybe 3-6 weeks. Just making life harder for customers. Won't be getting this customer. FYI been a week and haven't replied to Web site query either."

"Very untrustworthy business, suggest you buy a coffee machine through a more reputable seller in case you wish to raise any warranty issues. They charge $140 just to have a faulty machine inspected. Coffee machine is blowing a fuse every time I plug it in after only 13 months of owning it. They somehow (without inspecting the machine) decided that “cockroaches” were causing this electrical fault. The espresso doctor did not seem to be aware of their rights to repair a product even if it is out of their warranty period, in accordance with the ACCC and Australian Consumer law. They refused to conduct any further investigation into this topic and stopped replying to emails."
