We understand the importance of your equipment and strive to provide efficient and reliable repair services. However, please note that our queue of repair jobs has reached capacity, and we are currently unable to take on new repairs, except for warranty repairs. We kindly request that you only contact us if you have a repair emergency or require a warranty repair. For all other repairs, we kindly ask that you try again in mid-October. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

It is our priority to prioritize repairs for professional equipment, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standard. For vintage equipment, which includes units that are 20 years old or are no longer supported by the manufacturer, we also offer repair services. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays.

Our journey began in July 1986 in a backyard garage in Wynnum, where our head technician, Chris Nainby, started repairing various brands of electronic organs, Tascam, Fostex, and Revox audio and broadcast equipment. The business was initially named Musiclab, reflecting our dedication to providing a laboratory-like environment for musical and recording equipment.

Over the years, we have grown with the support of local recording studios and the broadcast audio industry, becoming a trusted service and supply company. We were proud to represent Lindos Electronics products to broadcasters and infrastructure providers, with the Lindos LA100 Audio Analyser becoming a key piece of test equipment for major industry players in Australia.

In 2008, our technical services, associated products, and staff separated from Musiclab to form Totally Technical Pty Ltd. Since then, we have continued to invest in state-of-the-art repair equipment, including a computer-controlled infra-red rework system for high-density PCB work, including BGA rework. We believe in using the right tools for the job, ensuring the highest quality repairs and installations.

Please note that our store hours on Saturdays are from 9:00am to 2:00pm, exclusively for drop off and pick up purposes. Our technicians are not available in-store during this time. Additionally, we provide on-site parking at the rear of our building for your convenience.
