"An older, irritable service man came out to our home from this company. He confronted me about the stove not being assembled properly. We had just moved in and so I had no idea what he was talking about. All we knew was that the stove was not working. He showed me how he had fitted two racks into place that had been sitting loose in the stove. He then showed me a pan that he had found in a cupboard that has to be in the stove for the stove to work properly. He put that pan into the stove. Overall he was there for 30 plus minutes and charged $90.00, an invoice that he sent directly to the property management company. But the property management company then billed us because the invoice from Brisbane After Sales Said .... "I showed the tenant how to use the stove" LOL. He claimed that there was nothing wrong with the stove. Why was he there for 30 minutes then and what was all that talk about missing pans and loose racks? Clearly the stove had not been put back together correctly after it was cleaned by the previous tenants. Terrible company, terrible customer service and they made sure that the owner of the property did not have to pay the bill for a stove that was not working properly. These guys appear to be agents for the property companies and so be aware."
