"BEWARE! took my Mazda 2 to get a simple service on the 22/2/23. Service was a good price $150. However when picking up my car, there was damage to to passenger side (front guard, passenger mirror and rear wheel guard and door) When I approached them about the damage, the person who serviced my car acknowledged that the damage happened at the shops premises and that maybe a truck side swiped it, I was also told that they would review the 7/11 cameras as the ones at their shop have not worked in a long time! I was told that I would recieve a phone call about the outcome of footage from 7/11 etc and what compensation would be made. 3 weeks have passed and there has been no communication from this mechanic. Very upsetting to be honest that there was no follow up or care from this shop! I will be in contact with my insurance to get it chased up."
