"Very annoyed today. I went with a voucher for a discount for a 6 pack of 150 lashes. When staff scanned the barcode, they said that my voucher had already been used. I’m not disagreeing, but I think there must have been an error in the scanning. As I know for certain that the voucher had not been used as my wife a day earlier purchased peroni for me. The staff told me to go home and get another voucher, so I had to walk back and forth twice to get my purchase. Not easy when you are old and have severe back injury. Also didn’t like to be told that I had to get the Woolworths app on my phone. I’m old and don’t do the phone app thing. That’s my choice. I go to this store regularly, I’m sure the staff know me as a regular and a bit of flexibility and common sense could have been used by the staff. Not happy!"
