"Most staff were really nice, but a couple who have served me several times kept asking for ID even tho they had seen it multiple times. Even when staff have said yes I know your over 18 and have seen my licence knowing that I'm nearly 30. Still then refused me if I didn't bring my ID in each time. Staffs response was that they have to see everyone's licence each time , which is a lie because my partner can go up their each time get whatever and has never had to show ID . Not sure if this is a standard that staff knowing your over the age of 18 and still carding you or if it's a power trip thing . I won't be supporting bws griffin again. I'll buy else where"

"This is my favorite bottle shop simply because the staff are super friendly and approachable especially Tiffany. A good range of spirits too and the specials are always good. Always stop off on the way home after working around in the estates of Griffin."
