"The woman that was working in your store this morning 14/4/2022 had zero customer service skills. She was more concerned with finishing her cigarette as she was in the carpark smoking when I first arrived and the store was unattended. She wasn't particularly fussed about recommending new products or assisting me with my purchase. As soon as I left, she proceeded to follow me out and walked to the opposite side of the carpark and lit up another ciggy this time with a woman from another one of the stores in the complex. I felt as though they were talking about me as they both looked me up and down as my son and I walked away. This made me feel very uncomfortable. This is unfortunate as generally speaking, the staff that work in this store are lovely. They always greet you with a smile and offer fantastic customer service. In future, if that particular staff member is in store I'd prefer to shop elsewhere."
