"Waited in the car service lane for over 5 minutes and nobody came out. I couldn't get out of the car due to a sore back. What is the Car Service lane for if there's no service. Disappointing"
"Favourite bottle shop. Dont have to get out the car, fast service"
"Went there test to buy beer- lady said she has a right not to serve me because my teenage grandson was with me… I’m 60 years old I was served but his rude to make assumptions-disgusting services"
"This is a nice store but it has very hit or miss service. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you already know what you want. This is the kind of shop that gets very busy at times, so they don't value customer service. I give it 3 stars, purely because there are some members of staff who are consistently friendly, helpful and polite. If everyone were like them, I would do all my shopping here. These staff seem to understand that there are a number of other options available to people, unless they've left it to 9pm to buy their grog. I took two stars away here because there are some seriously rude, unfriendly and unhelpful people working here who drag the rest of the team down. The kind who barely acknowledge your existence and seem annoyed to have to complete transactions (do their job). To those people: we can tell you hate being there and we wouldn't want to be either but it's not that hard to be friendly to your customers."
"We were at the counter at approximately 16:50 to pay for our items. We were waiting at the counter for approximately five minutes before we were served by a staff member whose name is Annisa. She was extremely rude. She scanned our items and I had my ID out in my hand. She snatched it from me then rudely turned to my partner to ask for ID even though he clearly looks over 25. Now I don't mind been asked for ID but it's unacceptable to be snatching it out of my hand. Then she ignored me when I showed her my rewards card on my phone so I turned to her and asked her to scan it which she did. When we paid for our items, she rudely said goodbye and we walked out. I also emailed Head Office about this and don't normally complain but her level of service was shocking to say the least."
