"Don’t let there cheaper price fool you into using German prestige. They will not honour their warranty if something goes wrong. They are cowboys"
"AVOID! Was quoted for a simple and easy job, took my car in and was treated like a dummy. Very poor communication and customer service skills, flat out disrespectful. They then rescinded their original quote after 2 hours of inspecting the car, something they could've told me with a glance if it were true. Was left twiddling my thumbs in the dark with zero communication, even when I asked I'd be given a bs response that beat around the bush. They then tried to con me into paying way more than the original quote lying that the job was huge, even though I knew for a fact it was max 15 minutes labour. They would've pulled my engine apart if I let them. After I refused it took them another half an hour to refit the engine cover and close the hood. Called up another local mechanic, was charged $50 labour and 10 minute job and I was sorted. Don't trust these guys, can't believe they're a business. Very dodgy, they knew what the job was exactly from a phone conversation then tried to keep me there and give me the runaround, stuff that !"
"There fantastic !!! They fixed my car , I feel like I’m driving a brand new car again , they were half the price of any other quote that I got and there customer service is fantastic !!! Sam is unbelievable , and his son Zac is gorgeous , they have a fantastic mechanic , I love the fact that they have all the spare parts there, nothing is ever a problem for them !!! If you have a Mercedes or BMW, I urge you to go there you will never regret it, or ever go anywhere else again."
