"Despite looking like an armoury from the outside, it's a well-appointed convenience store on the inside. There's all sorts of household staples available. There's fresh and frozen foods, eggs, milk, bread, snacks, and lottery tickets."
"Always nice service and dealt with a mistake really well today, which is always a mark of good service as mistakes happen."
"Nice selection of convenience items here, I especially like the lollies which include many varieties not usually found in Australia!"
"The service from Louise on so many occasions is disgusting Louise refused to serve me for the 7th time in less than a month I am a daily customer and have been for many years but now I am thrown out in front of other customers and denied service I wish I could rate this - 5 stars"
"Had a horrible experience with a staff member named Louise. My dad has a very serious heart condition. His doctor issued him a medical exemption from wearing a mask due to the seriousness & sensitivity of his condition. Dad entered the store and Louise rudely asked about his lack of a mask. Dad replied that he was medically exempt. This should have been the end of the discussion. Louise demanded to see his exemption, which Dad didn’t have on him - but is also not legally required to present anyway. He is visibly older, and has a bunch of medical tubes coming out of his shirt connecting to his bag with his heart monitor. Dad had to lift his shirt and show his tubes to display his medical condition before Louise reluctantly & still rudely agreed to serve him. The stress of the encounter left Dad unsettled, and with stress being one of the many triggers for his condition, he experienced abnormal heart activity for the remainder of the evening. My mum rang up later to complain, and Louise was who she spoke to. After mum explained what had happened to Dad after the encounter, Louise was just as unsympathetic and rude about it. Please hire better staff. One doesn’t need to pay much attention to know that mask exemptions are real, some people have them, and they aren’t legally required to give their confidential medical information to random store workers. My parents are new to Yeronga and this was their first time at the store. They are hesitant to go back now. (This encounter happened several weeks ago)."
