"After paying for fuel the console operator claimed my EFTPOS transaction was declined even though the EFTPOS machine and EFTPOS receipt said it was approved. I was made to pay again. The transaction went through my account twice. I approached 7 Eleven North Ipswich to get a refund only to be told they wouldn't refund. After phoning 7 Eleven corporate office to lodge a complaint they advised that stores can't refund and I would need to lodge a dispute with my bank which involves fees and a time delay. 7 Eleven Corporate Office couldn't care less."
