"Parcel was collected the day after ordering it all good then the delivery, after sending a message to find out if it was on it's way to find out that the courier was holding it until he had enough deliveries in the area. My suggestion find a new courier company for your further deliveries."

My order was missed so it took almost 2 weeks to arrive when it should have take a couple of days. Even after I contacted them, no apology or responsibility taken. Finally got my order, it was wrong and one product tub wasn't sealed/was opened! Contacted them about and it's now been 2 days and no word. Now won't get my correct other probably for another couple of week. Absolutely ridiculous and very disappointed. I spent $170 and don't have what I need. Update: Been over a week and still no word from anyone. I've sent multiple emails and all are being ignored. I've reported them to fair trading. Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere else."
"Excellent customer service. I ordered 2 switch magnesium, I ask about a certain flavour but they were out of stock so I ordered two other flavours instead. They called me up after my ordered was made and said the flavour i originally wanted just came in and asked me if I wanted them instead, which I was very happy about. They didn’t have to do that but they did again great service. Best prices and fast delivery. Definitely will buy again."
"While the delivery was good and most of the product too, I have a problem with aftercare. One bag (collagen) broke a bit and the powder leaked. I send an email with photos and then another message but have not heard any reply. and now they're asking for feedback. Sorry, not happy (yet). I can now say (one day later) that I am completely happy with the way my problem has been solved! Thank you HealthCo. I will soon buy again as the products are great!"
