"The level of service from the deli staff in this store is quite often pathetic. On multiple occasions I have watched staff hide when myself and others approach the counter. Hiding behind equipment or in cold rooms in the hope customers will walk away. Upon standing and watching them, they'll try to discretely look every 30odd seconds in the hope the customer left. When I'm persistent in waiting I'm met with unenthusiastic responses and a lack of will to assist. Today's case in point was a little different. The shelves have no chicken tenders left pre-packaged so I approach the deli. Staff see me waiting and continue in their task of chopping the link between individual kabanas. After 30sec they ask if I want help. (While I'm looking at them waiting) There are 3 tenders in the cabinet and I ask whether I can have more than that. I'm met with disenchanted eyes, and I suggested as a large supermarket they're likely to have more in the cold room.. Frustrated the staff member goes and checks with another staff member followed by a trudging to the cold room. Staff return with another box and they offer the requested weight, albeit with a clearly intentional error on the requested volume. Request of Half a kilogram, and up to 600grams is responded with 200grams? This was clarified politely, as was my manner through the whole transaction. They then pack and weigh the goods and upon returning home they have supplied chicken breast. As a deli staff member it's unusual they could make such an error when they all have a great ability to pick the desired weights so accurately on their normal daily tasks. As a result, I'm charged more for a lesser item. I guess $1billion profit in the last 12months is continuing to pay off."

"medium size Woolworths, has no stock but not as much as the bigger stores. parking is easy and underneath so undercover and you don't get wet when it's raining. staff always helpful and service always great"

"Fine for a local. Glad they have scan and go for quick shopping but ever second shop it either doesn’t work or the workers stop and re-scan your items so there’s no real benefit to using the app. Staff are never around to actually help."

"I’m not sure why there are bad reviews for this Woolworths. I’m new to the area and have found it totally fine. There is plenty of parking, free, escalators, stars and lifts to use. The shelves were well stocked, the express self service was working and plenty of them. The staff were helpful when I couldn’t find pancake mix, I’m only a male and get lost easy in these stores! So, a decent experience all round."

"Generally busy, and can be a bit hard to get into and out of the parking from the street. Shelves are well-stocked and the place looks a whole lot fresher since the recent renovations that were carried out. Parking is available undercover for 3 Hours free, however exceed that and they will hunt you down using LPNR and hound you with threats of engaging debt collectors. Not a pleasant experience. I understand this is done by the center folks and not Woolworths, however mentioning it for the benefit of other customers."
