"We went to a manned checkout today and gave the young man our bags for him to pack our groceries. He ignored them and started scanning. Halfway through the scan, another young man took over, but he didn't help us packing the stuff either. It wasn't a lot, just two bags... but I thought packing the groceries was a service offered in all manned checkouts? We have had this done for us even in the "express" ones and in every other shop. He didn't even let us finish packing ourselves when he started scanning stuff for the next customer. One expects this happening at Aldi, but then you're ready for that. What's the use of having manned checkouts if they are no different from the self service ones?"

"No sushi at this location, but otherwise excellent. The high prices seem to be used to pay for cleaner, better laid out stores than Coles, with excellent register software. Aldi also has excellent cleanliness and layout, but at generally cheaper prices"

"On the passing Sunday I was last throughout the store. Then noticing my struggle as he passed by, the young man with red hair helped me out by finding my specific herbs and spices needed for my dinner later that night. Good Staff and great assistance thankyou!"

"I rarely review anything, but this place needs to do better. Its a shame because it is i moved to the area six months ago and it is really the only place that is local to me now Most of the checkout staff are nice and polite. The fruit and vegetable section is always running low and the quality is poor. If your like me and eat multigrain bread, dont bother to shop before 10am for it. Even then they may not have any on the shelf. The loaves of all types of bread will then be sweating in the bags!! And thats not a one off experience its an everyday experience. I did see one of the managers one day berating the bakery staff publicly at 9.30 am for not doing better. At the time i thought great its going to get better. That was months ago. The irony is aisles are always blocked with people packing shelves yet they are always lacking. The manager refused to serve me last night at 7 pm in the express lane because according to him they didn’t have the staff and he was too busy!! He was serving at the cigarette counter!! I told him i was happy to wait but he insisted i go to the other end of the store where the only two checkouts were open and backed up with people with loaded trolleys. I had 3 items!! I then watched him prance around the store looking important for the next ten mins. He had the hide to walk down the front of the store outside the checkouts re enter the store at the checkout i was waiting in and try to stare me down!! I have never had an opinion one way or the other about buying groceries being a negative or positive experience, but this place continues to disappoint on a very regular basis. I had a girlfriend who worked for woolworths so i am aware that they have performance targets and the stores compete against each other for those targets. I can only put it down to terrible management. Please do better. Buying food shouldn’t be a negative experience!! I will say again the lower level staff are always extremely polite and helpful, the management needs to step up and match that."

"A very positive experience. I was assisted by several staff members who were polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable and keen to assist me with my shopping experience I had difficulty in locating an item , once item was found it was not fully stocked on shelf’s. I spoke to a total of five different staff members Who helped me locate the shelves as well as find the other items that were in the staff area and assist me with price checking and even providing ice from the meat section to keep my goods cool in my new esky for the drive home A truly five star experience all the staff deserve to be commended for their professionalism and kind efforts"
