"I didn't have a great experience working with Michael from Marsh Tincknell Accountants. I hired him to conduct a due diligence report for the purchase of a business, and he provided me with a quote for his services. However, when it came time to pay the invoice, I was charged much more than the quoted price. When I asked him why the price was much higher, he claimed that he had conducted additional work not included in the original quote. However, I never requested this extra work, nor did he explain that he was conducting it. It seemed to me that he had purposely overcharged me once he realised that I was not going to buy the business and would not become his client as a result. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and unethical. I do not recommend working with Michael for due diligence services, as his billing practices are misleading. Stay away if you want to avoid being overcharged for unnecessary services."
