"I have to update this review based on comparable stores. Lovely staff, clean and well stocked. A very well run store (Prices are what they are). This is one of the better Coles stores I have been to in Brisbane. With the Bakery and Deli being the best part. Carpark is a little restricted both in parking and access, but not a huge impediment now they have changed the KFC drive through entrance across the road."
"Hands down worst coles around…. The amount of things empty on the shelf’s is crazy. We try to avoid coming here as much as possible but sometimes we think it’s convenient and probably won’t be as bad this time but we are always reminded why we don’t come here. They are trying to use as little staff as possible as well and making people put their own groceries through it just shows they couldn’t care any less about the customers."

"The front desk staff ie management need to be re-trained on customer service. I frequently shop here and I'm polite and courteous at all times, however it's clear that some employees don't want to be there and it shows. Doors open at 9am on the weekend and staff are still counting money for the tills.. Not good enough H"
"I shop here often, because it is a stand-alone store and I feel safer in these Covid times. Recently they have introduced more self-serve checkouts, and today there were even more. I am unimpressed. I made sure I was served by a real person today, but they are risking losing my custom."
