"A relatively new Coles store only opened for business a few years ago. Good location. Plenty of undercover parking as well as outside parking with quick pick-up area. All wheelchair accessible. Store is located on first floor on one side and direct entry on Samford Road side. Wheelchair friendly elevator and escalators. Huge store layout with all the usual Coles items and specials in-store. Deli, Bakery and fresh produce sections. All very fresh and new. A pleasant place for all your grocery requirements. This complex is also home to a well stocked liquorland outlet inside the main entrance. 2023 update. Nothing has changed since my original review."
"If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer service ever encountered. 8:45pm announce store closing in fifteen minutes, same announcements 8:50pm. Come on we’re rushing you so please get to the checkout. That’s not what they said but you get the drift. Get to checkout not a single staff operated checkout open. Everybody had to go to self serve. This is where we encountered Gabi. What a rude individual.too busy wanting to help staff than customers. My wife asked for assistance and this rude individual just rolled her eyes to the other staff member. Come on we are standing right in front of you miss upstart at least do it when we aren’t there looking at you. First and last at this store. What’s say you teach your staff all about customer service instead of being so RUDE!!! Rant over!!!!"
"Fantastic selection of goods, pretty good specials. We cant do much about inflation, but id you need a specific item, this place is rarely put of stock. Very clean store. No freaky smell near the seafood section like other coles. Also nice and quiet, great for people more sensitive to sounds and crouds."
"This is a spacious supermarket with a generous amount of parking spaces. I visited this store specifically for the public restroom, which was a unisex toilet. Unfortunately, there was a short wait, as two people were ahead of me. Despite this, the supermarket was clean and well-organized."
"An excellent Supermarket with great innovative space between the isles for easy access to the store! Great daily discounts available with fresh fruit & vegetables & fresh meat products! The best rotissery baked chickens with the time they came out of the oven marked on them! Excellent self service area for credit card,eftpos & also assisted registers as well!!!"
