"Super disgusting display of hospitality or the lack of it I’ve ever encountered! The Manager after being told the drink was not what I ordered, asked me how was it half empty then!! Dude..are you kidding me? I paid for it and reserve the right to get what I paid for..he actually went ahead and slammed the counter top on my hand, to which I obviously had a knee jerk reaction and backed of..I strongly believe he needs help and needs to go back to school to learn some manners. Fountain gate management has been contacted and they will be taking it further! Never ever going back, dude take your frustrations out on yourself not the customers..very angry"

"We are 5 family members and often use gotcha fountain gate on weekends. Today I ordered bamboo charcoal with black pearls and added lychee jelly on top. No flavour just grey sweet milk. Also they added lychee jelly but forgot to add black pearls. Half a cup I realised that they added old black pearls were sticky at the bottom of the cup looking like black jelly or pudding. Unbelievable disappointing"
"Bubble tea place - great black sugar bubble tea. Not sure if you are allow the sugar level. But great variety of fruit tea and other milk tea too. Matcha Milk tea is another favourite. Could pay by liven which earns you rebates."
