"Amazing Coles! Wide isles, large selection, & clean store. Only downside is hypermarket parking poorly designed. I enjoy doing my weekly shop there and am always looked after by Maria on checkouts, she’s so friendly to her customers and colleagues."
"Awesome. The young lady assistant in the self service checkout at 8am on Fri the 14th of July 2023 was friendly and helpful when my item would not scan. I will definitely shop there again."
"This is the only coles I will visit because of one key factor and his name is Christian (biceps). This man not only provides the utmost quality customer service but he does it with a smile on his handsome face. I once saw him bench press a suzuki swift to save someone from a burning car. Because of this true god amongst men I will only shop here and I truly believe that Christian has improved my quality of life 10 fold. I hope both sides of this man’s pillows are always cold and I hope the manager sees this and gives him a big raise. Love Matt and Tish"
"Just wanted to acknowledge Nicky who has such great customer service! She went out of her way to find two products for me that I just couldn't find. She was obviously busy but has time for her customers. Thanks!"
"After 12 months away I decided to revisit Coles at the Hypermarket. Why do your staff have to price check with their huge trolley's during busy times? They are obviously told to hustle and in doing so constantly block isles and stop in front of you or push past you even when it's a customer's intention to move in the same direct. This morning (Sunday) I was crouched down comparing products on the bottom shelf with no one around me and a young man (very politely) told me he needed to get to the items I was looking at. Why could he not wait or come back to it? This has been going on for years but seems to be getting worse. I'm going back to my boycott of this supermarket."
