"As a plumber you expect service. 5/5 times now I’ve come into store after calling the order in for pick up and it’s either not ready or the gear they said they had isn’t in stock even after calling to make sure. Needs serious improvement and stock take improvements."
"If I could give this store a 0 of 5, I would. I’ve experience the most appalling customer service. Issues - delivery, wrong colour items, wrong sized items and refunds. I queried a refund as I believed it hadn’t been processed to get this rude and dismissive email from the store manager stating it was refunded on eftpos. Turns out it was never processed through an eftpos machine as she told me over and over again. Honestly the audacity. DISGUSTING. Do not shop here. I spent close to 6k here and I regret not taking my business elsewhere."
