"Very poor customer service. I got told off by a staff member for a fellow staff member not giving me correct instructions about the recollection process. I specifically asked what I needed to do and clarified the process, on return I got spoken to very poorly when following the instructions provided to me. It Seems like they need to do some staff training along with improvements to internal communication and processes. Best not to blame the customer when they in fact have it wrong. There are plenty of good landscape suppliers around so I might have to stick to them and avoid this place, I don’t like being treated badly for no reason."

We walked in with no plan or idea, within 10 minutes Paul (who was super friendly and understanding) helped us choose our rocks, organised a same day delivery, had given us all the information we needed and we left! Then, to top it off, the truck arrived on time, the driver was super friendly and dumped exactly where we needed it. Would highly recommend this business."
