"At first I thought this company was great. After Nick who doesn't speak any English, layed the flooring, I noticed flaws (permanent stains) on several of our floorboards, Marc said he would replace them which Nick did. The replacement floor boards are a different colour and are not even. They look disgusting and lots of people have commented. I also have a couple of splitting boards. Of course they say it is our fault even though we had our floor professionally ground and Heph offer complimentary grinding. Marc will now not even acknowledge any of our phone calls, texts etc. QBCC will not do anything because it is a floating floor so off to small claims now. Happy for anyone to inspect. Would not recommend this company."

"I cannot speak more highly of this company and their product and competitive pricing. Initially I was looking at a far more expensive product however this product was equal in quality for much less. I elected to have their tradesman install their product and he was outstanding. We live in a sub penthouse in Brisbane City with amazing views so a quality product and installation was critical to us. Without doubt our expectations were exceeded. Our apartment looks amazing and we cannot believe the value for money this company provided. Special mention to our installer Nick. He is skilled beyond belief. Our apartment has a complex layout with multiple angles and it was amazing to watch him with a bevel in hand mark and cut the boards with such precision. I give my highest recommendation to Marc and his team. If you are looking for an incredible product at a great price then look no further than this company to supply and install your floor.
