"Great pre-sales service, helpful arranging freight, great looking product when new. Unfortunately the product failed spectacularly within a few months. After being given the sales pitch about how great the product was and how it was guaranteed for 25 years, I purchased the product, installed, and then watched it buckle, warp and split within months. After reaching out to Coen for after sales support/warranty claim, I was told I had purchased the wrong product, despite spending several hours at the Coen Brisbane warehouse/showroom and multiple calls and emails discussing the application in detail with James and Craig in detail before the purchase. $2,500 of landfill now, plus weekends of labour to install, remove and replace with another product. Slick sales, rubbish support and total lack of business integrity. How a company can recommend their product and then wipe their hands of any responsibility by claiming the product they recommended and sold me was the wrong product is beyond me."
