"Dont waste time with this shop. Head across the road to global Cermics nice guy really helpful. Appalling Service, the guy cut me off mid sentence to tell me I need to make an appointment to discuss tiles. I then ask if he could show me the tiles I had already found online and he found the section and told me he was busy again. There was only one other couple there."
"Appalling customer service, for the second time! I was the only person in the store for 25 minutes today but the man behind the counter was too busy to help me. I asked for help twice and he requested the product codes (I only had the names, but assume he could look up codes if he wanted to), then he told me to give him "a few minutes". Twenty five minutes later I said I'd come back when he wasn't so "busy". He replied to just call and tell him the codes of the products I was interested in seeing, but samples could take up to 6 weeks to arrive. My parting comment was that I would try the valley store as it was larger... he didn't even bother to say goodbye! Don't know who he was, but the same man was there last time as well... can only assume this isn't his business!? I went straight to Traditional Tiles down the road where the lovely lady was actually busy, serving customers, but still managed to spend time helping everyone."

"Dealt with the one person throughout the whole experience. Ordered online, all went well, was delivered to the store the day I wanted. Called to confirm it would be ready for pick up by the tilers. The person who answered told me he'd call back because he had a customer on the floor. Never did. Without being able to confirm, had to push back the trades. Get it sorted on Tuesday after finally getting to talk to this same person, but he didn't have the tile trim that I wanted in stock. Whatever. Got him to check the Gabba, said they had six and assured me they'll have them. They did not. He'd looked up the wrong brand/size. Tell me you don't want to do your job without telling me you don't want to do your job?"
