"Walked in with my mother who's buying a whole brand new bathroom. The sales lady looked up and made eye contact but no hello etc. We walk around sussing stuff out. Not once out of 2 staff were we actually acknowledged properly or offered service. Sadly we left due to this behaviour and will be investing the finances elsewhere."

"I didnt want to write this review but I realise i have to so staff can improve. My sale person is Valarie she was very helpful when we are in store however once I place the order I have never any confirmation to what I have order. We place order since September 2020 most of stuffs are ok exep basin mixer that we order 5 of them. we got only 3 sink black outside and white on the inside that are in correct but we dont remember what was the colour when we order it because we never get any confirmation from salesperson. These 3 sinks arrive and 2 are missing and once the 2 sinks arrive it came in white on the outside and black on the inside which is correct one that we order. However if it is order 5 of them in the first place correctly we should received the same sink and we gave so much time when we order. We only need sinks in late January 2021 and we need the house to complete to be able to move in and completed all the bank requirements. So i went in store to see Valaries again and place more orders and I am told that it will arrive within 7-10 business day. Again I have to chase Valarie up for my sinks and extra order and 7-10 business day passed my order didn't arrive. I chased her up for my again she apologies and say she will check and she keep going about her personal problem. After 5-10 minute long conversation I find out that she didn't even check they what i orders she can order or if they have any stocks. So now I lose 2 weeks of extra accessory and the builder finish the job without it. So the sinks arrive on 5 Feb 2021 after the house completed and we have 2 sinks that are not the same in the house.I just want to tell her that if she didn't want to take any order or she is very busy she should just pass it on to someone else or we could of go to our local tradelink to order it. We drove from Holland Park west to Enoggera to order every things maybe 3 story house is not enough business for her to really look after us. Yes she mention that she will be looking for another job but I would like to tell her that she need to improve and be organise. From this problem cost us extra 3 weeks airbnb rental at $1000 a week so I would like your company to see how frustrated we have. I will see if anyone from company will get back to me."
