"Jess no longer works for glam pet. We had our cocker spaniel groomed here twice. Once with Jess and once with a different groomer. We weren’t told Jess had left. Our pups first groom was by Jess and it was amazing, such good quality we were incredibly happy with the service and price. His second groom I was very disappointed with and we paid more for it. The communication also was subpar. I would no longer recommend Glampet now that Jess has left."

My boy Frankie has followed Jess to the salons she’s worked at because she always does the perfect job, and she’s so kind and patient with him. Glampet is not like your chain grooming salons where your pets are rushed and pushed through their discomforts to meet time constraints and budgets, Jess allows the time needed for your pets to be comfortable during their groom.
