Tracey's passion for animals started early on, as she began volunteering at a dog shelter in 2006. She furthered her knowledge and experience by completing her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science in 2008, while volunteering at Alma Park Zoo in Brisbane. Working as an Animal Keeper at the Big Pineapple in Nambour, QLD, she gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals, including native and exotic wildlife and domestic pets. In 2011, Tracey worked as a Fauna Spotter/Catcher for three years, expanding her skills even further.

In 2012, Tracey added house sitting to her range of services, ensuring the safety and security of her clients' homes and pets while they enjoyed their holidays. This allowed her to care for various dogs and breeds, as well as other domesticated animals. Tracey's passion for dogs led her to pursue additional education in dog behavior and grooming. She completed a 2-day grooming course in 2014 and fulfilled her dream of attending a 5-day hands-on seminar with The Dog Whisperer, Cesar Millan, in America in 2015.

Since the establishment of Scrub Mutts, Tracey has been committed to delivering convenient and cost-effective services to her clients. She strives to provide stress-free grooming in a comfortable and loving environment for your furry friends. Tracey's best feedback comes from bouncy dogs with waggy tails and lots of licks, showing their happiness and satisfaction with our services.
