"Very rushed and underwhelming service due to overbooking customers. Poor attention to detail. Nails done on Thursday evening with Gel/Shellac (not sure which they did due to language difficulty), cuticles not attended to so by Monday it looks like 2 weeks growth already. I also had to remind them that the top coat had not been painted on my toes before they tried to put my shoes back on???? Not happy."
