Reviews
"It was the most disgusting hall I have ever seen in my life. Staff are so rude and they couldn't do my nails. When I told them I didn't like it they told me to do it myself. I definitely do not recommend. very expensive."
"Fantastic attention to detail with my acrylic nails. Best I’ve found in the local area."
"I needed to get my gel nail polish removed and Mayfair nails fitted me in with little notice. The lady who did my manicure was efficient and actually did a proper manicure- not rushed. My only concern would be cleanliness as it appears surfaces are not wiped down often and equipment not sterilised between customers."
"The team are busy. Satisfactory job done, wouldn't say exceptional. Not really the cleanest place getting around. Workstations are not wiped down between clients and equipment seems to be shared with no sterilisation."
"I've never written a review in my life, and I hate to complain about a small business but I'm so horrified by my experience today and never want someone else to have to go through what I went through. I went today to get my acrylics re-done and the lady began taking off the nail with a tweezer looking instrument and just ripping off little chunks of the plastic nail. It was quite a painful process but I hate to complain so I just put up with it. At one point she rips off a piece that is particularly painful and stop and goes "oops" and then continues ripping. When she let go I could see that she had ripped off multiple parts of my real nail along with the fake nail and there was blood dripping from my finger. She then proceeds to tell me that the previous lady must have done something wrong, as if ripping off a fake nail is ever the right way to do it. There were a few more issues but I won't write anymore of an essay, safe to say I had to tell her to not rip off anymore and that she was supposed to soak the glue off first. She continued to blame the previous nail tech and did not apologise at all. She then charged $20 and I left with a throbbing, bleeding, disfigured nail. I understand mistakes happen but firstly this was just negligent, and secondly the way it was handled was horrible. I will never go back, and for anyone else that uses acrylic nails, I would recommend you don't either unfortunately."
