"I took two picture, one that needed to be lengthened and one that was about the same length as my original nails. I said it needed to be extended it was $80. I chose it even though it was more expensive than other stores. , I also respect! But...in the process of doing it they said my nails were too long for an extra $5 (they thought I needed a short shape so why should I extend them?) and most amazingly, they Say that round shape an extra $20? ? ? ? ? Well, because I'm unhappy they still only charge the $80 they said at the beginning, but it's already unpleasant, and they are not careful enough, they didn't trim the edges of my nails (which is an extra charge) I know they tried to be nice to me, but my hands weren't clean when I walked out of the "professional" nail salon! Their glue is still on my fingers EDIT to their reply —It's a pity you took scissors and cut a hole for me when I knew your glue was on my finger and YOU DID NOT ASK ME TO WASH MY HANDS !! I didn't say that the nails are not good, Just not trimming the dead skin around the nails（But three days later, I went to another store to remake my nails，was so much happier ）I just have some objections. I agree with $80 but disagree you said that you need to add $20 and $5 during the process. Does $80 cover nail extensions you say! Then why do you need to add $5 if you have long nails? I also mentioned that you only charged $80 in the end (the same as the original price), but this process made it difficult. I am not feeling well I didn’t disagree with you when you were working, but I just heard that there would be an additional fee so I decided not to do any styling. When I was unhappy and decided not to do any color and styling, it was you who promoted me and said no extra charge, just $80 is fine, I just decided to give you guys a chance, but it turns out you guys are terrible, it was my decision that was wrong How can you be happy when you say I left in a hurry？And I was very unhappy throughout the whole process, and there was no smile from the beginning to the end, and it still makes you misunderstand that I am very satisfied"

"I highly recommend this nail salon! The staff there are all lovely. There is a big emphasis on team work! I had previously attended this salon but this time I just had to write a review! I walked in on the day and the staff were able to accommodate me. I was so pleasantly surprised and happy with the end result of my nails. I got French tip on my natural nail with an almond shape. I really can’t stop looking at my hands now! I love the shape and the French tip was done with such precision! My nail tech who did the French tip was Olivia and next time I go I will be asking for her! She is very professional and friendly. Any of the ladies will take care of what you need.
