"My daughter and daughter in law went to get a pedicure and my daughter, particularly was treated really badly. She hadn’t shaved her legs and the men in the salon gestured towards her speaking in their own language, and laughing at her. The girl that did my daughters pedicure was rough and took a minute to do the massage, quickly brushed her feet and treated her with distain. You have to know that speaking in a language other than English back and forth is rude and unprofessional. Don’t go to this place. There are several other salons in the vicinity. Give your money to one that understands professional service. The people at Blackwood St Nails are far nicer."

"I’ve been going to forever nails for over a year now and I’ve loved every appointment I’ve had. It was my first time having Dat do my nails and he was fantastic. I couldn’t fault his attention to detail and how polite he was. My nails came out *perfect*, I’m so beyond happy with them. Thank you so much Dat!"

"My experience here was quite awful. I wouldn't recommend this place. They screwed up the shape of my acrylics, which was a very common basic shape that I asked for. They tried to blame my nail bed for not being able to do what I wanted, but when I changed girls, the next one had no problem doing it, and wasn't infact hindered by my nail bed at all. The boss guy was pushy, rude, impatient, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was pushed to make choices on colour and design whilst simultaneously having my hands busy. Which made looking through the colour books so hard. They screwed up and had to rebuild the sides, which made the rest of the nails even more cumbersome and difficult to use day to day. And tried to blame me for their staff not being able to do what should be a staple shape for acrylics. Also, do not ask for gold foil. The stuff they use is more holographic gold than it is foil gold. Honestly I will never go there again, unless it is under different management. The boss guy made me feel so bad and uncomfortable."
