"This was my regular salon, until it changed hands. I kept trying it because it is convenient. But the manicurists are regularly sick and still working. As with the other review, I did not like it when the manicurist used her finger nails to trim my cuticles. Finally, the workers often have their children at the salon. I get it on some level (as a working mother myself), but it doesn't make for a restful visit, especially in the school holidays. I could probably live with it all except for the sniffles/colds. I'm looking for a new local :("
"I’m normally not one to complain, however just had a very poor experience at Nails by Blossom in Keperra. To start with the instruments did not come out of a sealed sterilising bag and looked like they’d been used before. The lady then picked away skin from my nails with her bare hands using her own finger nails, picked her nose and wiping snot on her fingers which were then placed on my feet too. While my nails were drying she then sat in the pedicure chair next to me watching tv. I have gel polish around my toenails and the coat is also uneven. For $55, very unprofessional, unsanitary and unsatisfactory. Will not be returning."
